Creamy Avocado Tuna Salad
My healthy, creamy tuna salad is made creamier with avocado right in the sauce. I also add red bell peppers and celery for a nice crunch.

Ingredients

cup
light mayonnaise
1/4
cup
plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

cumin

red pepper flakes
salt,

black pepper,

cans chunk white albacore tuna,
in water
1
avocado,
pitted and diced
1
stalk celery,
diced
1
red bell pepper, diced

tbsp
fresh cilantro,
chopped

large iceberg lettuce leaves
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add the tuna and break it up with a fork or rubber spatula.
Next add the avocado, celery, red bell pepper, and cilantro. Gently fold it all together to evenly combine.
Serve 1 cup in each lettuce leaf.
