Ingredients
1small sweet apple,cored and chopped small
1/3cupplain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2cupunsweetened almond milk
1scoopvanilla protein powder
1tspStevia,or your favorite no calorie sweetener
1tspvanilla extract
1/2tspcinnamon
1cupice cubes
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Garnish with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
